Laser therapy packages may also be added to your treatment plan for an additional cost.

Acupuncture is a 3,400-year-old healing practice rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine that involves the gentle insertion of ultra-fine needles at specific points on the body. This holistic therapy is designed to stimulate the body’s natural healing processes, promote energy (Qi) and blood flow, and restore balance between mind and body.
Whether you're seeking relief from chronic pain, stress, anxiety, migraines, digestive issues, or hormonal imbalances, acupuncture offers a safe, drug-free, and personalized approach to wellness. Many clients also find acupuncture deeply relaxing, often experiencing improved sleep, mood, and overall vitality.
Treatments are tailored to your unique needs and are provided in a calm, supportive environment by experienced, licensed practitioners.

Low-Level Laser Therapy (LLLT), also known as
cold laser therapy, uses specific wavelengths of
light to interact with tissue to help accelerate
the healing process. This technology can be
used to reduce pain, swelling, and increase
functionality & recovery.
LLLT activates a key enzyme in our cells’ powerhouses (mitochondria), boosting energy production and cellular activity. This process enhances cell function, aids in cell repair and growth, and supports overall cellular health, leading to improved healing and regeneration.

Cupping therapy is an ancient healing technique that utilizes gentle suction to lift the skin and underlying tissues. This method helps to increase blood flow, release toxins, reduce muscle tension, and promote deep relaxation. Cupping therapy is commonly used to alleviate pain, inflammation, and stiffness while supporting the body’s natural detoxification process.
The vacuum effect from the cup draws stagnant blood and toxins to the surface, encourages improved circulation, and aids the body's healing process.
Cupping can be particularly effective for:
- Chronic muscle tightness and soreness
- Back, neck, and shoulder pain
- Sports recovery
- Stress and fatigue

Gua Sha is a powerful technique often integrated into an acupuncture session. Therapists perform intentional strokes along muscles beds to release knots and move stagnated blood. Designed to follow the natural flow of Qi (energy) and lymphatic pathways, Gua Sha also encourages detoxification and balance from within.
Targeted Pressure: With careful pressure adjustments, we focus on releasing tension, restoring the muscle, and increasing blood flow while releasing toxins.
Energy Flow: The technique supports the natural movement of stagnant energy and blood, relieving pain effectively.

Moxibustion, also known as moxa, is a warming technique used in Traditional Chinese Medicine that involves the burning of dried Mugwort (Artemisia vulgaris) to gently warm the body, stimulate cell regeneration, and promote the flow of stagnated Blood and Qi. This ancient practice has been utilized for centuries and is recognized for its ability to enhance circulation, boost energy (Qi), and support the body’s innate healing processes.
This soothing, heat-based therapy is commonly used to:
- Improve digestion and immune function
- Relieve arthritic pain and muscle pain
- Ease menstrual discomfort
- Support fertility and reproductive health
